Organic Lemon Myrtle Twin Pack (Tea and Powder)

This delicious Organic Lemon Myrtle is grown by regenerative farmers on Bundjalung Country (Northern Rivers, NSW).

In this twin pack you receive 25g of shredded Lemon Myrtle that is ideal for tea. You also receive 50g of ground Lemon Myrtle which is idea for baking and cooking. 

For cooking, Lemon Myrtle provides a zesty lemon flavour like lemon grass. Use anywhere you would lemon grass or lemon verbena. 

Add 1/4-1/2 tsp to: sweet baked goods, jams, ice-cream, or drink mixes. Add the same amount to savoury rubs, curries, stews, pasta, and salads. 

As a tea, Lemon Myrtle can sooth or stimulate, depending on you. It is a mood enhancer. It can calm you down or lift you up. 

This wonder herb helps you fight of infections, especially those that cause sinus and chest congestion. Lemon Myrtle has the highest citral content in the world (up to 98%, lemons have up to 5%). Citral is a natural compound with a strong lemon-like scent and a range of beneficial properties. Citral is well-known for its potent antibacterial, antifungal, and antiviral capabilities. It is an antioxidant that is has anti-inflammatory properties.
