Bakery

We have opened a Bakery on Gadigal Country.

A First Nations owned and led bakery that uses native foods in every dish. A bakery that continues the oldest baking tradition in the world.

It is led by Gamilaraay Cook Corey Grech and Goomeroi and Western Kuku Yalanji Cook Cassidy Watts. We're currently recruiting a number of First Nations cooks, baristas, and kitchen hands to support them.

This is the same amazing team that brings you Native Foodways Catering

We work with all our suppliers to bring you the most ethically sourced native ingredients possible. Some of our ingredients are grown and hand harvested by us. Some are grown and harvested by First Nations communities around the country. Some are grown and harvested by non-Indigenous small farmers that are ethically aligned and working towards greater First Nations participation, ownership, and leadership in the native food system.

Our non-native ingredients are also sourced based on the highest ethics and quality possible. We want all our ingredients to be the best quality and as healthy for people and plant as possible. Where possible our ingredients are organic and/or regeneratively farmed.

You can find us here at Shop 5, Level 3, Wintergarden, 1 O'Connell Street, Sydney, NSW, 2000.

Here is an example of some things you might find at our Bakery.
